Lilly, Molly and Crinkle are sheep of impeccable dignity. They watched disdainfully one afternoon as their field mate, Harry, attempted to break into the treat bin.  After success removing the lid, his plan fell apart.  His large fleecy body had become stuck in the bin.  Aid came quickly from the shepherd, but she had quite a time freeing him from his tasty trap.

The Shetland is a hearty sheep that originates from the British Isles.  This breed is known for producing a wide range of color and fleece types.  These Shetland Cross sheep have a single-coated fleece with notable crimp.  The fiber was soft and springy to the hand.  The yarn will be a very nice choice for sweaters or mittens.
